Jack Berman – Football

Q: Where did you commit and for what sport?

A: “I committed to the United States Naval Academy to play football.”

Q: What led you to make this decision to play a sport in college?

A: “I’ve always wanted to play a sport in college and I was blessed with the opportunity to do so. I jumped on it as soon as I could. I wanted something more. I didn’t want to end my college or my high school career playing football so I just decided you can keep going with it.”

Q: Why did you choose this college?

A: “Just the opportunity that it gives you after college. First of all, you’re playing big time football playing against big opponents and then also they set you up so well for your post college life and just the connections and opportunities you have are incredible.”

Q: What are you looking forward to about playing a sport in college next year?

A: “The high level of athletes that I’m going to be competing against like you really get to elevate your game and go against people that are the best athletes in the nation then play against just like big time schools, you’ll be active you just like things like that. And I really just want to get to work and keep going.”

Q: Who do you have to thank for helping you on this journey for your athletic career?

A: “All my friends and family. I have so many friends that pushed me. My coaches pushed me. I just went through so many injuries, so many different things and my family, just everyone, everyone around me that really helped me get to this point.”
