Competitive Dance Team Qualifies For State, Places 3rd at MSL Conference Four Days Earlier

On Wednesday January 12, 2022, the Prospect competitive dance team competed in the MSL championship at Conant high school. Under head coach Katina Frericks, the team placed 3rd in the conference. Just four days later, on Sunday January 16, 2022, the team competed at the Deerfield sectional at Deerfield high school and placed 6th, securing a spot to advance to state. The team will compete in Bloomington on Friday for day one of the state competition, and a chance to make it to day two on Saturday.
