When teachers Cambria Myers and Frank Mirandola sported Columbia-blue sweatshirts at school, many students expressed interest in ordering one.
Because of the popular demand, The Underground is selling sweatshirts in the same popular “U” design of the T-shirts they began selling at the end of August.
According to Michael Sebestyen, one of the sponsors of The Underground, they have sold just under 1000 of the T-shirts, and from now until Oct. 16, the sweatshirts are available for pre-sale. They are $37 each and can only be ordered online.
The site also offers navy or Columbia-colored knit hats, emblazoned with a traditional “Prospect P” or “Underground U,” for $10 each.
