Prospect+Prom+Information+2023

The Prospect High School Prom will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at The Belvedere Banquets in Elk Grove beginning at 7pm and concluding at 11pm.  It is open to both juniors and seniors.

The Prom Google form and ticket sales will open for online purchase on Monday, March 13th and continue through Sunday, April 16th. Tickets are $75 per person.

Parents/Students, please read through these directions carefully.

  1. Once you are ready to purchase your prom ticket, go to the PHS website, and fill out the Prom Google form. If you are going with a date, you should only fill out one google form for the both of you.  At the end of the google form you will receive the link to purchase your ticket.  Tickets are being sold through GoFan. DO NOT FILL OUT THE FORM UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKET.

  2. All non-Prospect students need to fill out the District 214 school dance guest approval form (click this link to open form) and turn it into the Attendance Office no later than April 14th.  If this form is not turned in the non-Prospect student will not be able to attend prom.

  3. On Monday, April 10th, prom table seating sheets will be released on the PHS website and class schoology pages.  Please download, print and fill out a table seating sheet. Please be sure to fill out the table seating sheet in pen and with all of the necessary information. If you do not fill it out completely, it will delay your group in picking their table. Tables will seat 12 people. Refer to the floor plan of the Belvedere and select 3 tables that your group may want to sit at during prom. If you do not have a complete table of 12, we will fill in the table with other attendees who do not have a complete party of 12. Due to the high numbers attending prom, every seat will be filled.

  4. Selection of prom tables will be held on Thursday, April 20th in the Pool Foyer from 7:30am to 3:30pm.  ONLY ONE PERSON PER TABLE IS NECESSARY AT THE TIME OF TABLE SELECTION. Students may not miss a class to select their prom tables.  They may come at 7:30am, during their lunch, open study or after school.
