Q: How long have you played?
A: I have been playing basketball and softball at Prospect since freshman year but otherwise I have been playing them for about 12 years. And this is my first year playing flag football (obviously).
Q: What do you love about it?
A: I love making new friends and having fun with my friends.
Q: Is there a teammate/coach who inspires you?
A: One message that inspires me is “Never say never, because limits like fears are often just illusions”.
Q: What’s your mindset for this season?
A: My mindset is probably to just be better than how I started.
Q: How does it feel to be the first Prospect team for flag football as it is now an IHSA sport?
A: I think it’s pretty cool to be a part of something new.
