In recent months, Prospect has been working to raise money in their second period class for their annual Folds of Honor fundraiser. Folds of Honor is a nonprofit program that provides money to the families and loved ones of fallen soldiers. This year, Prospect raised a record high amount of money at 8,792 dollars.

Leading the classes in money raised was AP Chemistry class led by science teacher Cheryl Bergquist, raising almost 1000 dollars. The school and community also participated in multiple dine-and-share events to raise money as well.

In the end, through winning the inflatable costume teacher race for the top five donating classes, AP Physics class led by science teacher Mike Welter ended up acquiring the dine-and-share money to his total pushing their class to be the class with the most raised funds.
