Q: What did you do to prepare?
A: I just ran when [Cross country coach Michael] Stokes told me to, and it worked out.
Q: Were you expecting to finish first?
A: Not really, no. I just ran my race.
Q:What are you expecting of the season?
A: I’m just expecting to be healthier after the season.
Q: If you could have a turkey dinner with any three people, living or dead, who would you choose?
A: Steve Prefontaine, Roger Bannister, Galen Rupp.
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A:The Other Guys.
Q: What do you do during your spare time?
A: Play video games and hang out with friends. COD, Battlefield…
