During the MSL/WSC challenge, a two-day basketball showcase held at Buffalo Grove High School on Jan. 3 and Jan. 4, the Prospect Knights won a close game against the Proviso East Pirates, 63-59. Both teams were neck and neck for most of the game. However, a late fourth-quarter push by Prospect, led by senior Ryan Lifton, gave the Knights the victory. Boys Basketball will be back in action on Friday, Jan. 10, against the Wheeling Wildcats at Jean Walker Fieldhouse.
