I have never been one to look forward to November. While the changing colors are pretty to look at and fun to hear the crunch of them under your feet, it is just another reminder of “winter is right around the corner,” and after last winter I am in no way looking forward to this year’s.
But this November was slightly different only because “Bones” was premiering.
For those of you who have not yet discovered the greatness of “Bones,” it is about Dr. Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) who is one of the best anthropologists in the world. Brennan works with Special Agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) in solving murders. As with any crime show nowadays, the two lead characters have perfect chemistry, but they can never get together.
But, the finale of last season gave viewers what they were waiting for: it was revealed that Brennan was pregnant with Booth’s baby.
So, this season’s premiere was going to answer all the questions “Bones” lovers wanted since the show creators were very hush, hush about what was going to happen thus proving it to be the most anticipated season premiere.
If you have yet to watch “Bones,” now is the time to start. The new direction the show is taking lets new viewers in with ease as there is not much background information you need to know. Bones airs on Thursdays at 8 p.m. on FOX.
