SPLIT BETWEEN THE TRACKS: Two children are being led down different paths based on their academic ability. This system is called the tracking system and is used in a majority of school districts across the nation. It aims to allow students a chance to be challenged while learning at a suitable pace. However, some students feel troubled that there are inequalities embedded in the system.
