Live 'Idol' chat tonight!

Ever watched an “American Idol” performance and not agreed with what the judges said? Ever want to scream at the TV in frustration when your favorite contestant is criticized or your least favorite praised? Well, now there’s a way to have your voice be heard — live!
With Prospect’s own Lee DeWyze now in the top five on “American Idol”, the school and community are buzzing. With that in mind, ProspectorNow is trying something new tonight: a live “Idol” chat to let you share your opinions of the performances.
Just log on tonight at 7 p.m. and Prospector bloggers Emmy Lindfors and Maddie Conway will lead the chat. To participate, simply scroll to the bottom of this story and post your comments — they will go live instantly!

Amanda: Yeah, it’s definitely a difficult night for everyone. It’s not a modern genre, which always makes it hard, just like Rat Pack week for Season 8’s Top 5. I hated that week. Although I’m biased because that was when both Adam Lambert and Kris Allen were in the Bottom 3. But still.

And the look evaluation: Aaron looks about six years older; Crystal looks elegant — gorgeous dress, if a little more sophisticated than here usual getup; Big Mike is basically the same (surprise there); Lee’s lookin’ cool; and Casey… well, at least his hair is up.
And Sinatra should be a great theme — but challenging. I predict Crystal — and possibly Big Mike — doing especially well with this theme.
