Senior Jimmy Poulos was chosen as ProspectorNow’s athlete of the week after shooting a 70 on the par-71 Mount Prospect Golf Course on Saturday, Aug. 28. Poulos’s round helped the Prospect boys’ golf team to a combined score of 290, breaking 29-year-old school record by four strokes. The Knights defeated Loyola by 18 strokes, with senior Mike Schultz (72), senior Derek Leeney (74) and junior Neil O’Grady (74) contributing to the win.
