Five easy recipes every vegetarian should know:

  • Tofu

    • 1 package tofu

    • 1 tbs soy sauce

    • 1 tbs sesame oil

    • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • Salad

    • 1/2 cup lettuce (not iceberg!)

    • As many red onion slices as you want

    • As many cucumber slices as you want

    • As many cherry tomatoes as you want

    • 1 clove garlic

    • 1-2 cubic inch(es) feta cheese

    • 1 tbs balsamic vinegar

    • 1 tbs olive oil

  • Wrap

    • 1 tortilla

    • 1/2 avocado

    • 1/4 cup lettuce

    • 1 tbs mayo

    • 1 clove garlic

    • 1-2 cubic inch(es) feta cheese

  • Naan bread

    • 1 naan bread (shocking)

    • 1-2 cubic inch(es) feta cheese

    • 1 tbs olive oil

    • 1 clove garlic

    • 1/4 cup lettuce

    • 1 can garbanzo beans

    • 1 lemon
